INTRODUCTION
New Video provides this notice explaining the way your information is collected and used at our sites. Both the Newvideo.com and Docurama.com websites are governed by this Privacy Notice. New Video is committed to providing a secure experience and safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Notice was created to explain why we collect particular information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our web sites. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME, AND WILL POST ANY NEW PRIVACY NOTICE HERE. By using or navigating around our sites or utilizing any of the services we provide here, you acknowledge that you have read and understand and agree to be bound by this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to be so bound, do not remain on the Site.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Contact and Financial Information: At some New Video sites, you can order products, enter contests, vote in polls or otherwise express an opinion, subscribe to one of our services such as our online or email newsletters, or participate in one of our online forums. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages include: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services.
Non-Personal Information: We also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit many of our web pages such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows '95 or Mac OS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., Earthlink). We collect an IP address from all visitors to our Site. We use your IP address for purposes of traffic analysis.
Demographic Information: We collect anonymous demographic information (such as your zip code, gender and age). Such demographic information may be shared with partners, market researchers and other third parties on an aggregate, non-personally identifiable basis. NO PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WILL BE LINKED TO AGGREGATED DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION.
Consumer Research: We may monitor your use of this service (such as your session time and click-stream data), and use or disclose any such information gathered as part of our evaluation and operation of our site and the services we make available. We may develop and use, in our sole discretion, consumer research which may be based on your use of such services. All marketing information shall be subject, in all cases, to compliance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, and other relevant laws and regulations, as the same may be amended from time to time. No personally identifiable information will be shared or is linked to consumer research.

New Video sites often contain links to other World Wide Web Internet sites and resources. Selection of an ad banner or link will redirect you off of our site to a third party web site. New Video is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites. Information about our users is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. Thus, for example, NEW VIDEO DOES NOT SELL, AND WILL NEVER SELL, INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO EXTERNAL MARKETERS, LIST BROKERS, AND OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT USER CONSENT. Further, whenever we deal with user information, we will always comply with applicable laws and regulations in doing so.
HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
We may use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your requests for our products, programs, and services, to respond to your inquiries about our offerings, and to offer you other products, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you.
We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. All credit transactions occur in a secure area of the Site using Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") software to process orders. SSL encrypts the information you input on the Site. In addition, all user information is stored in a secure location behind a firewall with limited administrative access.
Agents and contractors of New Video who have access to personally identifiable information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for New Video.
